Who are we, and what do we do?

Carnival Cowboys is a game of skill for entertainment. Prizes paid to the top players of the weekly Arena League depend on how well they play, under the Rules and Terms of Use. Costume NFTs, bullets and tokens used in the game are not investments.

Why do we collect information from you, and what do we collect?

We need some of your information to give you a good gaming experience. Aside from that necessary information, we also collect some other information. If you refuse to provide the necessary information, we may be unable to give you access to Carnival Cowboys, in part or in full.

If you delete your account, we delete your sign-in details, profile and game data. We keep the records the law or fair play requires: purchases, prizes, referral rewards and NFT records (with your account details removed where possible), and certain fair-play and staff records. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted.
